Brandman University hosted a special community celebration to mark the opening of the new Victorville campus (13911 Park Ave) on Tuesday morning. The ribbon cutting event featured tours of the campus with senior university administrators, remarks from Chancellor Gary Brahm and notable community leaders including Jim Kennedy, Victorville City Councilmember, Eric Camarena, Chairman of the Board, High Desert Hispanic Chamber of Commerc and David Greiner, Chairman of the Board, Victor Valley Chamber of Commerce.
The new 11,000-sq-ft. location campus is located on the corner of Park Ave and Bonanza Road and opened its doors to students earlier this year. Brandman serves some 12,000 students at 26 locations in California and Washington, as well as nationwide through its top-ranked online programs; more than 300 working adults attend the Victorville campus.
“We are thrilled for our new home in Victorville after many years at our previous location,” said Campus Director Susanne Eisenhart. “We have been serving this community since 1965, and because we focus on serving non-traditional students with evening and online classes, this new location is ideal for busy working professionals in the Victorville area.”
